100% Money Back Guarantee is applicable only if the client achieves 0% results despite fully complying with the program. To be eligible, the client must submit their current weight and body measurement photos before starting the plan, disclose complete medical history, strictly follow the prescribed diet and portions, avoid skipping meals, share meal photos as requested, and attend all scheduled follow-ups.
All purchases are final. Once a plan is purchased, no refund or cancellation will be provided.
Once the personalized diet plan has been prepared or shared, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Weight loss results vary from person to person based on factors such as metabolism, medical conditions, lifestyle, medications, hormonal conditions, and adherence to the plan. Therefore, no specific amount of weight loss is guaranteed.
Failure to follow the prescribed diet plan, recommended portions, follow-ups, or meal photo requirements will make the client ineligible for any refund under the 100% Money Back Guarantee.
Refund requests will only be considered after verification of complete compliance with the program and confirmation that no measurable results were achieved.
If there is a verified service issue from our side, we may, at our sole discretion, extend the validity of the plan or provide another appropriate resolution instead of issuing a refund.
The final decision regarding refunds and eligibility rests solely with the Company.

14 Days Money Back Guarantee

If a Unlimited client achieves zero measurable results during the first 14 days despite fully complying with the program, they may qualify for a refund after verification.

A ₹499 processing fee is deducted from an approved refund under this guarantee. The refund is the Unlimited package amount actually paid, less ₹499. For example, ₹5,999 paid results in a ₹5,500 refund. This is not an unconditional or 100% refund offer.

Basic, Elite and Premium packages do not include this guarantee. The 14-day review covers the first 14 consecutive days from the recorded start of the personalised program.

Conditions of the Unlimited guarantee

Before starting the program, submit your current weight and body-measurement photographs through the private channel provided by your dietitian, and disclose your complete relevant medical history.
Follow the prescribed diet and portions, avoid skipping meals, share meal photographs as requested, and attend all scheduled follow-ups.
After completing the first 14 days, provide the follow-up weight and body measurements needed to compare progress with your baseline. Refund requests are reviewed only after full compliance and zero measurable results are verified.
Failure to follow the prescribed diet, recommended portions, follow-ups or meal-photo requirements makes the client ineligible under this commercial guarantee.

Purchases, cancellations and prepared plans

Except for an eligible Unlimited guarantee claim or a refund required by applicable law, purchases are final and cancellation refunds are not offered. Once a personalised diet plan has been prepared or shared, the amount paid is non-refundable, subject to those same exceptions. Preparation or sharing of the plan does not itself cancel an otherwise eligible Unlimited guarantee claim.

Results vary

Weight-loss results vary between individuals depending on metabolism, medical conditions, lifestyle, medication, hormonal factors and adherence to the plan. No particular amount or speed of weight loss is guaranteed.

Service issues and eligibility decisions

If a service issue from our side is verified, we may offer a plan-validity extension or another appropriate resolution where permitted. Thedietco reviews refund eligibility against the program records and these terms. This does not restrict any refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

How to request a review

Email support@thedietcoapp.com or call +91 7224054954 with your patient ID and order or payment reference. Our team will explain the verification process. Share health records and progress photographs only through the private channel designated by your dietitian, not in public comments.

We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and initiate an approved refund within seven business days after verification. Bank or payment-provider credit times may vary. Refunds use the original payment method and transaction currency. Paid access ends when the refund is confirmed.

Processing fee and your rights

The ₹499 deduction applies to approved claims under the Unlimited commercial guarantee. It does not reduce any refund where such a deduction is prohibited by applicable law. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or remove a more favourable refund entitlement already agreed for an earlier purchase.
