The pace and amount of weight change vary. Your dietitian reviews your starting point, medical history, routine and adherence; we do not promise a fixed kilogram loss.
Our team provides support during a daily eight-hour service window. Your onboarding information confirms the hours in your local time zone and the available channels; this is not an emergency service.
Unlimited customers with verified zero measurable results after the first 14 program days may qualify for a refund after full compliance is checked. A ₹499 processing fee is deducted.
